Abstract   Primary germ cell tumor associated with Klinefilters syndrome is a rare disorder. Most patients had non-seminomatous germ cell subtypes and were relatively young. This is a report of mixed-nonseminomatous germ ce11 tumor in the mediastinum found in a 19 year old male pa- tient witn Klinefelters syndrome. The patients was asymptomatic and mediastinal mass was detected by routing chest X-ray. The patient showed typical clinical and laboratory features of Klinefelter's syndrome with karyotype of 47 XXY. The patient received mediastinal mass excision followed by postoperative adjuvant chmotheraphy with cisplatin, etoposide and bleomycin.
